Mynaric has received a notification letter dated January 23, 2025 (the “Deficiency Letter I”) from the Listing Qualifications Department of The Nasdaq Stock Market Inc. (the “Nasdaq”) notifying that Mynaric is no longer in compliance with the Nasdaq continued listing criteria.
